Delivery
The quick and safe delivery of your order to your door is of great importance to us. This is why we chose to have your products sent directly to you from the Neways warehouse using a reputable courier like Parcelforce.
Where do we deliver?
We currently deliver to many different European countries:
- Austria
- Belgium
- Eire
- Germany
- Luxembourg
- The Netherlands
- UK
We are currently planning to deliver to other countries, so please check at a later date to see if your country is included. You can also get in touch with us to request the addition of your country to our list.
Methods of shipping
In most cases, your order will be despatched directly from the Neways warehouse to you using Parcelforce, although this may vary from time to time.
Your order will normally be processed the same day and your order shipped within 3 working days. Parcelforce will get your order to your door in 3 to 4 working days.
Freight costs
As freight costs vary depending on the country of destination and the weight of the order, it would be too impractical to list all the charges on this page.
If you want to find out the shipping price for a specific order and country destination, you can add the desired items to you basket and view the contents of the basket to see the freight cost for any particular country destination.
Tracking your order
Should you want to find the whereabouts of your order, you may get in touch with us and we will provide you with the tracking number for your parcel.
Please allow 6 working days after placing your order before submitting your request.
Delayed delivery
Typically, your parcel will take 3 to 4 working days to reach you from the day the parcel was handed to the courier.
We make every effort to get your order to you within the estimated time frames above. However, as packages are handled and delivered by a third party courier, Sepiro Limited cannot be held liable for the consequences of delayed deliveries in any circumstance. The delivery times quoted above are indicative only and may vary.
Also bear in mind that the transport time of your package may vary depending on the location of the delivery address and the time of year.
Parcel insurance
Parcel insurance is included in the price of postage and packing, and will cover your package against loss or damage during transit.
Please note that no claim can be filed once the parcel has been accepted from the courier, so make sure to check the state of the/your goods before signing the delivery notice.
If you instructed your courier to leave the parcel on your premises or with a friend/neighbour, the insurance covers the parcel until it was left by the courier. No claim can be made should a theft or damage occur thereafter.
If your parcel is being delivered to your place of work, please be aware that the courier may not be able to get the consignment signed off by the addressee and that another employee or service will need to sign the consignment off. Please ensure that this is acceptable to your employer before addressing an order to your place of work. Also note that the insurance does not cover the parcel once it has been signed off by the relevant employee or service.
