Payment

Sepiro Wellbeing offers you the flexibility of paying for your orders securely by credit card, debit card or cheque.

Debit and credit cards

This method of payment is the most common for online purchases as it combines security, simplicity, speed, and convenience.

Please note that the address provided for the delivery of the order must match the billing address of the card used to pay for the order. This is a precautionary measure to reduce fraud and keep your online shopping experience as safe as possible.

For the same reason, we also require you to provide the CV2 code which is the 3 last digits on the signature strip of your card. This helps us ensure that the person placing the order is in possession of the card.

We do not store any card details on our systems so there is no risk of them being stolen. When you enter your card details on our website, we send those details using a 128/256 bit encrypted SSL connection to our payment service provider, Protx, who will check the card details with the card issuer and will authorise or decline the card for payment. Protx is one of the leading card processing companies in the UK and their security standards meet all of the most stringent requirements.

You may use credits cards in the form of VISA, MasterCard and American Express to pay for your orders. If you prefer to use a debit card, we accept Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta and Visa Electron.

Cheque

To place an order and pay by cheque, you need to compile your order on our website, print out the basket content, and post the printout along with the cheque for the corresponding amount to us:

Make sure to make the cheque payable to Sepiro Limited and we will dispatch your order as soon as your cheque clears.

Invoice/Credit

Unfortunately, we do not offer invoicing or credit facilities at this time.

Cash on collection

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option of picking up your order.

Gift vouchers

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the possibility of paying your order using vouchers.

However, this option will be offered at some point in the future.

VAT

As we are not yet VAT registered, we will pay the VAT on the goods you order on your behalf. So the prices displayed on our website are all you have to pay.
