If you have never ordered from wellbeing.sepiro.com before, you will need to create an account by means of an easy-to-follow registration during the check out process. Creating an account with us will save you having to re-enter your personal details every time you place an order.
An account will also offer you the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter.

How to find products
You can browse our online catalogue by selecting from the “Products” drop-down menu and navigating through the sub-categories. Within a sub-category, simply click on a product to obtain further information. Every care has been taken to ensure a comprehensive description of each product. However, should you have any additional information requests, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to answer your query.
If a product is desired, submit the quantity required and click “Add to basket”.
You may also find products using the “Search” option within the “Product” drop-down menu.
Stock
Should any of our products become unavailable, the mention “Out of stock” will appear next to the product's description. You will not be able to add the product in question to your basket.
Should a product become unavailable after it has been placed in your basket, we will automatically issue you with a refund to the value of those goods when processing your order and notify you that these items cannot be delivered to you. If such product shortage affects your whole order, we will refund your order in its entirety.
Prices
Our products are offered at highly competitive prices. From time to time we may run special offers such as a reduced price for multiple orders or discounts for regular customers. Special offers will be advertised in our newsletters. You can be among the first to receive news about our offers by subscribing to our newsletters.
Our prices are VAT inclusive. As we are not VAT registered, we will pay VAT on your behalf so we will not bill you for VAT. This may change in the future if we decide to register with the VAT scheme.
All the prices for our products do not include freight. Freight prices are displayed when viewing your basket and depend on the weight of the items in your basket and the destination of the order.
All prices are in GBP.
Completing your order
In order to offer you an enjoyable shopping experience, we have paid a lot of attention to the features of our basket system and to ensuring the checkout process is as quick and straightforward as possible.
The number next to the basket icon on the top right of the screen indicates how many items are present in your basket at any one time. Adding items to your basket will see this number increase accordingly. Clicking this number or the basket icon will display the full contents of the basket where you may remove items or alter the quantity of each product.
From the basket page, you may choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. At the checkout stage, you will be asked for your username and password if you have shopped with us before or to enter your personal details if you are a first time customer.
Changing or cancelling your order
If you want to change or cancel an order after it has been submitted and paid, you will need to get in touch with us by phone or via our contact form here.
If the order has not yet been processed, we will amend or cancel it and provide you with a refund if applicable.
If you want to cancel an order that has already been processed, you will need to refuse the parcel upon delivery by the courier. We will issue you a refund on the value of the goods once the returned package has been received. Please note that in this instance, we cannot offer any refund on freight costs.

Once logged in, you may access and review your personal details in the “Personal Details” option of the “My account” drop down menu.
