The service we offer after an order as been placed is of paramount importance to us.
This section describes the steps to take should you change your mind about your order or should it arrive to you in a damaged condition.
Cooling off
If you change your mind about a product, it is not a problem. Just let us know within 7 days of placing your order with us.
Just refuse the parcel from our courier upon delivery and the packet will be returned to Neways automatically. If you already accepted the parcel before your change of mind, just return the parcel to us in its original condition.
We are sorry but sadly we are unable to refund the cost of post and packaging in such instances.
We will refund your money as soon as we receive your packet.
Damaged goods
Should any product arrive in a less than perfect condition, please return it to us and we will either offer a refund or replace the item(s) concerned. Please obtain a "proof of posting" certificate from the Post Office or your chosen courier and retain it in a safe place.
We will refund your money or send your replacement as soon as we receive your packet.
Wrong items
Should you have received the wrong goods, just return the items concerned to us with a note explaining the error and we will happily send you the correct goods. We will surcharge or refund the difference accordingly.
Should an error take place on your part at time of ordering and we have honoured your original request, we are sorry, but sadly we are unable to refund the cost of post and packaging to you.
Missing items
Should there be any missing item from your package, let us know as soon as you receive your consignment and we will work with you to rectify the situation.
Disputes
If you have any complaint or a problem, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible. Our customer satisfaction is of great importance to us and we make every effort to handle any complaint in the most professional manner.
