Terms and conditions
In general
The following terms and conditions regulate the customer's use of products and service offered by Sepiro Limited and apply to all sales unless the parties enter into another agreement in writing.
Prices and delivery
All prices on the Sepiro Wellbeing do not include VAT. However, as Sepiro Limited is not VAT registered, no VAT will be due by the customer on goods and services sold.
Prices exclude freight unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary without notice.
Any price changes occurring after an order was placed does not entitle a refund of the price difference or any other rebates. We reserve the right to cancel orders where the price(s) of good(s) is/are inaccurate due to a typing/printing/system error and offer you the good(s) affected at the correct price. You do not have to accept such offers.
Delivery times provided are given as a guide only and delays from these guidelines do not entitle customers to compensation in any circumstance. Time consumed for processing the order and for Neways to despatch the package is applied in addition to the delivery time quoted for the courier to deliver the package. The delivery time may vary without notice.
Sepiro Limited reserves the right to refuse delivery of items at their own discretion.
The order confirmation or acceptance of your payment does not constitute a contract of sale between the customer and Sepiro Limited but is merely an acknowledgement of your request to purchase. Sepiro Limited will refund the debit/credit card of the customer in a timely manner should the customer's order be refused. The contract is entered into by both parties when the goods are dispatched to the customer.
Customer's obligations
The customer is responsible for honouring the payment of goods and services delivered by Sepiro Limited.
Uncollected goods
In the event that goods are uncollected from the courier, the customer will be charged for the freight costs of sending and for returning the goods to cover the costs incurred to Sepiro Limited by a breach of contract on the customer's part.
Claim
If the customer is not satisfied with the goods or the goods are delivered faulty, he/she is to notify Sepiro Limited immediately in order to arrange for the goods to be returned and refunded. The customer forfeits his/her right to return such goods if he/she fails to make the claim within 7 working days since receiving the goods.
Cooling off period
Sepiro Limited offers its customers a cooling off period of 7 days from the start of the contract (despatch of the goods).
Postage and packing cannot be refunded in such cases.
Extraordinary relations
Sepiro Limited can be held responsible for loss of an item should it be faulty, unless Sepiro Limited can prove that the fault is of direct consequence of external factors outside of Sepiro Limited's control.
Sepiro Limited's responsibility may not be engaged for indirect loss unless the loss occurs as a result of severe negligence or with purpose from Sepiro Limited.
The terms defined therein cannot be inferior to the terms set by law.
Change in terms
Sepiro Limited reserves the right to change the terms defined therein.
Force majeure
In cases of force majeure such as Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, transportation shortage, stock shortage, workforce reduction, and shortage or delays of deliveries from suppliers resulting of such circumstances described herein, neither Sepiro Limited or the customer shall be obliged to fulfil their contractual obligations.
Disputes
Disputes between customers and Sepiro Limited should be sought to be resolved between the two parties in an amicable manner. Should such negotiations fail to resolve the dispute, the customer and Sepiro Limited shall take the case to the relevant court of justice.
Reservations
We make reservations for possible errors, human or not, and eventual prices changes.
